Adam Spielber, Producer
Adam is a Producer alongside Independent Spirit Award nominee Jason Orans at New York-based Gigantic Pictures. For Gigantic, Adam produced PLASTIC BAG from writer-director Ramin Bahrani, starring Werner Herzog (opening night short film Venice Film Festival 2009, NY Film Festival, Telluride Film Festival), co-produced NIGHT CATCHES US starring Anthony Mackie and Kerry Washington (2010 Sundance Dramatic Competition, theatrical release December 2010), and co-produced GOODBYE BABY (Showest 2007 premiere) starring Kevin Corrigan and Alan Ruck. Adam was an Associate Producer on DARE starring Alan Cumming and Sandra Bernhard (2009 Sundance Dramatic Competition, theatrical release November 2009), and THE DOORMAN (theatrical release July 2008). Also for Gigantic, Adam oversaw post-production and the theatrical release of Jeff Lipsky’s FLANNEL PAJAMAS (2006 Sundance Dramatic Feature Competition) and SATELLITE (2005 Tribeca Film Festival Premiere), and Ramin Bahrani’s GOODBYE SOLO (Venice and Toronto film festival 2008, theatrical release March 2009). In addition, Adam worked on the production teams of YEAR OF THE FISH (2007 Sundance premiere), and the New York units of Japanese feature film LAST LOVE, and Dutch feature film VER VAN FAMILIE. Outside of Gigantic Adam co-produced REUNION (theatrical release 2009) starring Christopher McDonald and Jamey Sheridan, line produced the feature film BLUE ROAD (Cinequest 2009) directed by Oliver Cukor, and worked on Comedy Central's iconic CHAPPELLE'S SHOW.
Steven Huber, Cinematographer
Steven received his B.F.A. from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2001 with a concentration in cinematography. In addition, he studied as part of a Master Class in 35mm Cinematography at Prague's FAMU, one of the oldest film schools in Europe. While at NYU, he was the recipient of the Warner Brothers Picture Film Production Award and received three awards for Excellence in Cinematography for his work on short films. He shot his first feature at age 21, and his second feature, MADNESS AND GENIUS starring Tom Noonan, premiered at the Toronto Film Festival in 2003. AMERICAN CINEMATOGRAPHER profiled Steven's work as DP on the music video "No Breaks" by The Bravery. He has shot music videos for Animal Collective, Cute is What We Aim For, Man in Gray, and most recently Ultra Nate.
Jeremiah McVay, Editor
Jeremiah graduated with honors from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 2002. His past credits include SMILE, a dramatic short film centering on a love story with a creepy twist, and the documentary THAT WHICH LINGERS also with director Avi Glijansky. In addition He has cut multiple music videos for indie rock bands. Jeremiah also works as a freelance graphic and web designer and, in edition to editing OCEAN CITY, he designed the DVD and poster artwork, as well as the film's website initial website. Apart from his film work, Jermiah was the drummer for acclaimed NYC band Man in Gray and is currently recording with his new project Coyote Eyes. He is also a found of Fort Useless, an non-profit arts space in Brooklyn, NY
